- Get your financials in order and begin to shop lenders.
- Learn about various neighborhoods and tour properties.
- Work with an agent to write an offer your seller can't refuse.
TEAM SELLER
- Meet with an agent to review comps and market analysis.
- Establish a listing price and sign a listing agreement.
- Get your home prepped for showings. My go-to play: Clean and declutter.
- Stay flexible and warmed up for showings. When the call comes, it’s game time!
