I often get asked about the housing market and if I think 'now' is a good time to sell.
My answer? 2022 is a great time to sell.
Yes! You should sell...but only if you're 100% ready.
The reality is we’re still in a hot seller’s market, even if it’s not quite as competitive as it was last year.
But does that mean you should sell just because the market is ripe? 1000x no!! Selling before you're ready is never the right decision.
If you’re happy where you are, recently refinanced your home, or can’t stomach the current home prices, consider waiting for now...and know I’ll be here whenever you’re ready!
