If I had to choose my top 3 best tips to give someone wanting to sell their home, here's what I'd go with:
Number one: Prioritize repairs over upgrades.
Upgrades look nice, but prioritize repairs first. The roof, HVAC, electric, and plumbing should be in good condition.

Walk through your home like a buyer would. Start on the outside. Look at the curb-appeal, front door, entrance into the home. How does it look? First impressions stick with buyers, so make sure your home leaves the right first impression!
