With the market as it is, I’ve recently met buyers with serious cases of FOMO (fear of missing out). Wanting to “win” a house, they rush into buying something they’re not quite ready for despite my warnings and pleas. I don't want that for you. That’s why I’m reaching out.
If you have plans to buy a home this spring, here’s a gentle reminder that will help you avoid "panic buying": Take a deep breath, find a dependable agent, and trust the process. The last thing you want to do is get caught up in the whirlwind of “winning” and find yourself with a home you either don’t want, can’t afford, or both.
There, I said it. That’s all for now.
