Where do I want to be in five years?
What are my must-haves?
How close do I want to live to work? School? City life? Parks?
Do I want a fixer-upper or move-in ready?
Do I have children or pets that would like a yard?
Do I want to do the exterior maintenance myself, or pay a condo fee?
Am I ok to park my car streetside or do I want a garage? What about a backlane?
What do I want to see when I open my front door?
How well do I want to know my neighbors?
Am I looking for a “forever home” or a “good for now” home?
